Behaviour Specialist Training
The training equips teachers with expert knowledge and practical strategies to effectively manage challenging behaviour in the classroom. We specialise in children in KS1/2 who find it challenging to succeed in traditional schooling and are at risk of exclusion. Our knowledgeable staff create a secure and encouraging environment so that teachers can gain confidence in behaviour management, and students can flourish and reach their greatest potential.
Teacher Support Programs
We provide personalised support and guidance to teachers in implementing effective behaviour management techniques and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere. Our intervention is designed to empower teachers so that they can meet the unique needs of every child. We employ evidence-based training to give the Class teacher the tools they need. Using individualised coaching and collective meetings, our team of professionals provide specialised support to the Class teacher.
Special Educational Needs Training and Ofsted reviewed
Tailored training programs designed by Our Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCO's) oversee our services, and we specialise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We assist teachers in meeting the unique needs of students with special educational requirements, ensuring inclusive education for all. Additionally, our training is regularly reviewed by OFSTED.
